Job Description: As logistics planning manager you will own end to end planning and planning coordination for logistics operations at Myntra. You will be responsible for :&nbsp; - Leading logistics planning team to drive hub, transport and last-mile operations planning in coordination with logistics organization - Driving key logistics metrics like shipment cost, delivery speed, customer promise which directly impact customer experience and business health - Lead planning process improvement to drive accuracy and timeliness - Orchestrating plan design through system configurations while ensuring high accuracy - Develop, organize, manage, monitor &amp; evaluate end to end performance metrics linked to planning and configurations. Skills / Competencies: Btech./ MBA from top tier institute with 5+ years of total experience, with background in Data analytics / Consulting / operations planning - Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills - Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets - Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize tasks with prior experience of managing teams. - Strong program management skills and ability to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment. - Proficient in SQL, R and Excel - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
