Roles and Responsibilities: - Manage all internal communications channels. Create content and interactive experiences for organization-wide meetings, speaking opportunities and events. - Manage & own quarterly calendar for all key messages to ensure relevant, timely & consistent delivery of the same, including newsletters, mails and any other internal publications. - Partner with senior leadership and other teams to ensure alignment on the communication programs. Advise them on effective message delivery & communication channels. - Plan and coordinate content and logistics for town halls and relevant broadcast events. - Manage all community events like hackathons or workshops. - Work with HR team to ensure consistency of messages across all communication channels; internal and external. Qualifications & Experience: - 4+ years of experience with relevant experience in internal communication roles from agency or internet and retail companies - Excellent written and spoken English - Understanding of digital and social media tool - Action oriented with a strong focus on results - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - A graduate or postgraduate degree in Communications or Journalism preferred
