ABOUT THE ROLE: As Senior Manager - Performance Marketing at Myntra, you will lead a high-performing team to drive App Installs for India's largest fashion e-commerce platform. In this role, you will be driving a direct business impact in terms of new user acquisition to the platform. You will have complete ownership over all Install channels - Google, Facebook, DSPs, Affiliates, and drive strategy for the performance marketing function, while controlling one of the largest budgets in the Indian industry. You will be required to be a dynamic leader, with deep expertise in performance marketing, along with a strong consumer-centric and data driven approach to flourish in this role. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Driving performance marketing strategy on App Installs - Paid + Organic 2. Managing the Google and Facebook channels in terms of planning and operations for App Installs - UAC, Fb Carousals/Canvas, DPAs, Video, etc. 3. Managing the Affiliate network in terms of agencies and partners - managing commercial models, initiatives to drive quality, moving to LTV tracking of installs 4. Managing and growing the DSP channels Myntra works with 5. Driving strategy on improving quality of Paid Installs 6. Fraud protection initiatives 7. Driving the partnership with our MMP, leveraging them for new projects 8. Driving strategic projects along with internal and external stakeholders DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: - 6+ yrs of work experience preferred, with a minimum of 4 yrs in Digital Performance Marketing - Prior experience in App marketing required - Prior experience in people management required - Understanding of the e-commerce and fashion industry, competitive landscape - Demonstrated ability in executing results, with strong attention to detail - Consumer-centric mindset and ability to think strategically and tactically - Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment QUALIFICATIONS: - MBA from a Tier 1/2 institution - B.Sc./B.Tech from a premier institution
