Job Requirements: - Day to day resource planning based on sales & receipts plan. - Ensuring all warehouse SLAs(service levels) defined are met - Recruitment & training of ground-level workers - Should be able to handle 100+ people - Ensure safety of people & Inventory - Develop processes to improve speed & Quality - Driving new initiatives based on data. - Communicate & Coordinate with other departments(within WH & beyond WH) to ensure seamless work. - Reports & MIS of the department Qualifications/ Pre-requisites: 1) Good people management skills - will be managing 100+ manpower 2) Passionate about work & focus to achieve results as per KPI 3) Good planning & analytical skills 4) Proficient in usage of MS Office packages, in particular, Excel. 5) Comfortable working in fast-paced environment. 6) Possess good communication skills ( Written & Oral) 7) Should be a Graduate (full-time course - Engineering or MBA) with at least 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience 8) Knowledge of Marathi and work experience in Maharashtra is preferred
