Title : Manager - SCM Planning Location : Gurgaon Supply chain planning team takes care of planning out day level operations from warehouse to last mile delivery. The warehouse planning includes, inventory buildup at individual locations, predicting returns inflow at individual locations & customer orders fulfillment plan from individual locations. Logistics planning includes, managing load distribution across LSPs, transport planning, projecting delivery times for the month Key responsibilities and opportunity : - Take inputs from various teams & arrive at most efficient plan for the month. - Analyze existing plan & come up with improvement opportunities. - Monitor data on a daily & make corrections/ improvements in the plan. - Perform statistical analysis and bring business context to bear on that data. - Communicate findings to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and understandable story Eligibility Criteria : - Background in data analysis and modeling in MS-Excel - Proficient in (1) Mining large databases for insights - using SQL, (2) Excel based Data analysis. - Prior experience in R modeling and VBA coding is a plus - Keen attention to detail, high degree of creative problem solving and initiative, Should be self-motivated and have good work ethic and communication skills
