About CE team: The Customer Experience team represents the voice of Myntra's customers. This team works with all functions (Supply Chain, Category, Technology, Contact Center, Operations etc) to ensure sustained performance across every leg of the customer journey. It owns the customer experience index and is entrusted with providing the organization real time consumer insights. The team is comprised of a strong mix of analytical storytellers who turn data into actions. To that end, it relies on diverse capabilities including a strong analytics team, VOC Analysis and Market Research Cell Job Description and responsibilities: - Manage a team of 8 across Myntra and Jabong to ensure turnaround times are met for customer complaints - Proactively identify risk/fraud patterns and help build logical flows, scrips to minimize risk and leakage - Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases. - Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports. - Work with management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment. - Identify and recommend new ways to save money by streamlining business processes. - Use data to create models that depict trends in the customer base and the consumer population as a whole. - Work with departmental managers to outline the specific data needs for each business method analysis project. - Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks. - Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms
