About Team This role rests within the Analytics Charter of the Revenue and Growth Management team of Myntra. Revenue - Analytics team is responsible for solving complex problems, developing deeper cross functional understanding, and evangelizing inquisitive and predictive analytics in every function of the Revenue & Growth Team. Since its inception, the team has worked on driving various transformative initiatives across the organization including: - Traffic Response Model Driver model to determine the impact of various levers on daily/hourly traffic - Customer Lifetime Prediction Model Predicting the spends of a customer in the next year and identifying the Most Valuable Customers to Myntra - User Churn Framework Propensity of a user to churn in the next x days - Visibility Elasticity Optimizer Determine the optimal visibility to be given to a category based on revenue targets and pricing guardrails - Like Customer Algorithm Determine the closest set of other customers for a customer based on a set of metrics depending on the use case (using a distance-based scoring mechanism) Roles &amp; Responsibilities: Role: The data analysts in the Revenue - Analytics team will roll up to the recruit and he/she will oversee the day to day functioning of the team. Responsibilities: Broad responsibilities will include: - Owning and Driving various analytical projects right from deciding the approach, designing the algorithm to defining the right architecture for implementation - Collaborating with the stakeholders to understand their requirements and synthesizing the same in terms of meaning information and analytical roadmap; Act as liaison between revenue and Central BI/Data Sciences team for critical projects - Project management of select initiatives i.e. identify bottlenecks and raise requests for support/bottleneck to ensure timelines are met - Evangelizing and operationalizing the analytical solutions for usage across the organization - Publish periodic reports and prepare decks for reviews with Senior Management - Mentoring and guiding other members in the team Qualifications &amp; Experience: - Strong analytical problem-solving skills with appreciation for Math and Business and ability to get their hands dirty as required. - Minimum 5 years of experience as Data/Business Analyst would be preferred - Highly proficient in use of Excel, SQL, R/Python. - Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau and Power BI is an added advantage - Efficient project and stakeholder management skills. - Should have demonstrated the ability to work independently in a highly demanding environment with strict deadlines - An open mind and pleasing personality with ability to make sense of ambiguity - Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling multiple projects - Good communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
