Title: Manager - Operations Excellence, SCM Location: Bangalore &amp; Gurgaon Job Responsibilities: Process Improvement - Work with respective functions within supply chain to Lead and drive continuous improvement initiative through implementation of industry standards and methodologies such as Process Standardization, Lean Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Visual Management - Should be able to drive culture of - process- and help build - first time right- attitude in workforce - Should be able to define Metrics and measures for various business processes and ensure process adherence - Should be able to design and conduct Trainings on quality parameters across warehouse teams - Should be able to run basic analytics on the data to determine root causes (RCA) for performance dips / identify areas to improve operational efficiency - Should have know-how about different backend systems in Warehouse (such as: WMS, Order Management System) - Should be able to coordinate between multiple teams - Should be able to manage stakeholders Skills Required: Good knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodology (any certification will be bonus) - Warehouse/Manufacturing/ e-Commerce Experience MBA (tier-I/tier-II) Analytical Skills- Skilled at SQL/R (preferred) Knowledge of Local Language (Spoken and Written) would be preferred
