Our brand is making a conscious effort to bring the power of fashion to shoppers with an array of the latest and trendiest products available in the country  Roles and Responsibilities:  - Responsible for overall Operations, Business Performance and Administration of the West Region Delivery Centers and Franchisees.  - Should have comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Inbound & Outbound Logistics / Product Delivery Process in the context of E-Commerce Last Mile delivery  - Guiding, Directing, Motivating and managing a team (~ 300): Providing guidance and direction to SDAs (Style Delivery Associates), including setting Performance Standards and Monitoring Performance.  - Monitoring of DC manpower for region and support to them for their routine problems  - Ensuring successful & timely deliveries, pick-pus & exchanges through SDAs within specified TAT to provide customer delight by imparting efficient and quality service.  - Is custodian of both operational and administrative aspects of the whole region  - Can perform manpower planning on Weekly / Monthly basis based on Sales Forecasts.   - Ensures healthy functioning of region in terms of metrics like Delivery performance, customer escalations, cost control and shipment/money reconciliation  Other Requirements:  - Should have excellent Team management and Leadership skills  - Strong written and verbal communication skills.  - Should be able to motivate and groom large teams upwards of 300 SDA  - Should be able to work in distributed environment (teams across multiple states and cities).  - E-commerce experience is a plus  Span of Control: ~ 300  Geography Covered: South
