Myntra - Manager Alliances Role : - Support innovative & high impact long-term partnerships which accelerate business growth, traffic & a revenue. Support marketing/revenue buildup via partnerships during events and BAU. - Navigate internal & external stakeholders to execute select partnerships - Drive key processes like creating business cases, product cases, closure of contracts, tracking performance and financial reconciliation Roles & Responsibilities : - Managing the marketing charter with the Partner. - Liaising with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Finance and Commercial in closing contractual requirements with partners - Building reach out plans for events with partners create ideas for improving customer experience, innovative alliances and streamlined reporting. - Work with Myntra Brand and Marketing team designing and executing marketing collaterals. - Work with Finance and Analytics team in facilitating reconciliation and raising an invoice for the partners. Qualification & Experience : - 3+ years of relevant work experience in consumer Internet preferably in e-commerce. - Self-starter and a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand. - Valuable work experience focused on quantitative analysis, Cohort analysis, Excel, and logical reasoning, SQL skills are preferred - Strong problem solving & negotiation skills - Demonstrated ability to structure problems and develop solutions. - Strong people/ Stakeholder management. - This role requires deep linkages throughout the organization including marketing, legal, tech and content. - Excellent process manager with attention to detail - Good verbal and written communication skills
