About Team As a part of the Category Solutions team, you will be a part of the Central Revenue team at Myntra and you will focus on delivering a world-class and differentiated shopping experience for multiple categories at Myntra, and take ownership of Visual Merchandising across the app. You will drive insights into consumer behavior and translate that into shopping tools and properties that aid product discovery; conversion and establish Myntra's leadership in Fashion retailing. You must be enthusiastic about Fashion as well as managing complex, fast-paced projects across multiple teams, with a consumer-centric and data-driven approach. Roles and Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Creating category properties that improve the shopping experience and result in higher conversion, aligned to the categories of unique needs and strategic direction. Working in a cross functional environment, liaising with both creative and business aspects. - Driving shopping experiences by theme, occasion, trends, etc. - Developing shopping tools and aids to provide assisted shopping across multiple parameters. - Maintaining high aesthetic and visual standards across properties, including all front-facing discovery mechanisms like Burger Menu, Navigation Menu, Stores, Filters, etc. - Generating consumer behavior insights using market research and creating tools and dashboards to analyze and evaluate solutions initiatives. - Leading &amp; Conceptualizing all the non-discounted projects across the platform like Cross Selling, launching New Season on the platform, Myntra wedding etc. Working cross-functionally with the category, product teams, marketing &amp; creative teams to relentlessly innovate &amp; maintain the excellent on-site experience. - Driving inbound marketing &amp; gamification activities on the platform with an objective of increasing user engagement &amp; repeat behaviour. - Analyzing ROI and drive consumer acquisition, conversion &amp; repeat purchase behaviour. Conducting in-depth analysis of merchandising properties through metrics such as CTR, Conversion, ASP, RGM &amp; GM% and formulating holistic and dynamic perspectives in order to drive their success via data. Working on data on a daily basis for problem solving. Qualifications &amp; Experience -&nbsp; - 4+ years of work experience in the Retail/Apparel/E-com industry (Category, Business, and Marketing). - Preferably Bachelors/ B.Tech in Fashion and MBA/ PGDM in Marketing. - Deep understanding and interest in the fashion industry, products and trends. - Comfortable working with data and can develop independent ideas and solutions driven by the same. - Results-oriented and ownership-driven, can end to end own a process/ project. .Demonstrated ability in executing results, with strong attention to detail. - Team player, with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, and ability to manage stakeholders across functions and disciplines. - Consumer-centric mind-set and ability to think strategically and tactically. - Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
