Role & Responsibilities: The Director of L&OD, Talent management manages the holistic learning, and talent process. In order to build a culture of learning a Myntra, this role brings together learning & development, Leadership development, and Talent processes including performance management (PM), succession management, career path designs and high potential identification & development. - Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent processes that are required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of a learning-oriented culture and building of talent pipelines across critical roles. - Design and driving learning strategy and charter for Myntra, inline with our strategic priorities as an organization - Foster a culture of self-learning through various interventions, and providing access to curated, relevant content to our employees - Design and execute learning journeys for specific cohorts such as high potentials, leadership, any identified critical roles/functions - Partner with functional HR and leaders on design on identification & execution of learning charters in line with functional/BU priorities - Own the talent processes - Performance management, Succession, Key talent, etc. from design to partnership with HR teams & business leaders for execution - Ownership of associated metrics and data for learning & development, and talent processes - Working in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the learning needs of the organization - Leading a team of L&D and HR professionals Qualification & Experience: - 10+ years of broad HR experience including talent management and performance management in a tech/product (consumer mobile/web products or ecommerce) or retail organizations. - Excellent stakeholder management skills - Ability to balance bias for action with deep thinking - Excellent Collaboration skills - Data Oriented Approach - Proven ability on Talent management, design of learning, PM, succession Planning and Org Design Principle
