Data Analyst - Customer Experience
- Manage customer experience improvement projects
- Build reporting and automation tools for key customer experience projects
- Drive and enhance understanding of new tools/methodologies in project team
Key competencies / attitude required:
- Strong problem solving and analytics ability (Knowledge of excel, power-point essential)
- High degree of structuring / influencing skills
- High degree of personal initiative, drive and willingness to learn
- Versatility to manage various projects/operations at the same time
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus though not required
Education: Engineering from a premier school (IITs, NITs, DCE, BITS and top regional colleges)
Experience: Experience in analytics firms will be preferred. Maximum of 2 year experience
