Job Description Responsibilities:
The Customer Experience Monitoring Team is central team that engages with various Operational teams in the organisation like Logisitcs, Warehouse, Finance, Customer Care and Engineering team. This team ensures smooth order movement from creation till delivery/returns/refunds resulting in good Customer Experience. The candidate has to have great inter personal skills to reach out to different stake holders and also understand the process and challenges in depth in order to suggest corrective measures wherever applicable
- Independent, ability to function with no/minimum supervision
- Follow the escalation matrix until a practical solution is seen / identified - Empowered
- Extract and analyse Data pertaining to different departments, identifying top issues at a macro/micro level
- Analytical thinking to study performance trends and take decision for revised goal settings, changing processes where required to mitigate root causes for the issues identified
- Ability to coordinate and work with peers across departments to arrive and achieve cumulative goals, plan corrective actions in close coordination
- Strong process orientation and knowledge
- Ability to learn quickly
