Responsibilities
1. Report on web traffic from all social media channels and engagement levels
a. Benchmark sentiment, mentions, trends across Myntra and competition handles
b. Monitor efficacy of marketing campaigns, celebrity endorsements, etc.
2. Build and continuously evolve cohesive Social media listening framework in line with organization strategy
3. Coordinate with the Social Media Manager and the Marketing department to design advertising campaigns
4. Ensure timely responses to customers and followers - queries and comments; monitor servicing health with key metrics such as first response time, # of escalations, etc.
5. Research how emerging social networks and features can benefit our company
6. Update our social media company policy, when necessary
Requirements
1. Previous work experience as a Social Media Analyst or similar role
2. Experience with social media management tools, like Sprinklr, one direct, meltwater etc.
3. Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Time management and multitasking skills
Additional qualifications in digital technologies or social media management is a plus
