Job Title : Business Development & Brand Partnerships Manager

Business Unit : Marketing

Business Unit And Role Overview :

- The Marketing & Online Sales department ensures that our customers - existing and potential - get to know about Myntra’ s offerings, and regard Myntra as their prime resource for everything to do with fashion.

- Every activity this team undertakes would have either of two objectives – to acquire or retain customers. If you've seen a communication from Myntra - on television, newspapers, Facebook, websites, emails, billboards, or events - this team is responsible.

Responsibilities:

- End to end responsibility for all brand partnerships – with a wide array of brands viz Nike, Puma, Adidas, etc - driving co-marketing programmes, promotions, shop-in-shops, digital campaigns, etc. Build strong long-term relationships.

- Research and analyze shopper data to assist the partner brands to gain insights and create better initiatives on Myntra.com

- Provide solutions to brands to achieve their objectives viz increase sales on Myntra.com / establish or promote their brand positioning and communication, etc

- Define a strategic framework and roadmap to monetize brand partnerships in a collaborative and sustainable fashion

- KPIs will include number of partnerships, quality of relationships, and monetization targets

- End to end responsibility for all business alliances across a variety of corporations/companies eg with banks, mobile manufacturers, mobile service providers, gifting companies, DTH companies, etc.

- Objective of the alliances is to create visibility for Myntra across these partners, leverage their networks, media, etc to gain mileage for Myntra, and drive traffic to the site, in return offering relevant benefits to them

- Create a plan for selling to corporates

- Track competitive and marketplace activities

- Build and maintain an extensive contact database

- The position is envisaged to have 2 direct reports, and is expected to lead cross-functional project teams and collaborative efforts

Desired Experience:

Years of experience:

- 6-7 years of relevant work experience; including sales and business development

- Industry experience in Retail would be beneficial

Qualification : MBA from a reputed institute

Desired Skills:

- Ability to lead and inspire teams

- Ability to collaborate across functions, and work in a matrixed structure

- Influencing skills

- Strategic perspective – to be able to appreciate the partner’s plans and requirements

- Clear and crisp communication

- Multi-tasking and project management
