Title: Assistant Manager - Content Development, SCM   Location: Bangalore  Job Description:  - Training Material- & SOPs Development, Updates and Enhancements - Will assist in developing and implementing new training tools and materials and will take on the full responsibility of training material & SOP updates to ensure that the most current information, tools and resources are available and in use.  - Process Launch Content Development - Will work closely with the Tech, Training and Operations team to assist with creating training material that facilitate the launch of new processes  - Develop training program based on skills, knowledge, information and attitude gaps of a targeted audience  - Knowledge Management   - Create e-learning and mobile learning course   Skills / Qualification Required:  - Ability to understand business challenges   - Proficiencies in MS Office Suite  - Video editing tools  - Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts  - Knowledge of design and development of eLearning and instructional video  - Stakeholder management  - Excellent communicator (written and verbal)
