Responsibilities: 1. Lead/support with the design and execution of strategic marketing initiatives, including marketing growth strategy and conceptualizing and incubating new innovations. 2. Own the Alliances and Experience management of the Myntra's Loyalty program - Myntra Insider. (a). Develop and onboard new lifestyle offers and experiences to drive user engagement (b). Build and manage partner relationships in collaboration with the brand and alliance teams (c). Drive adoption for the perks by continuously innovating the value proposition for the customers. 3. Liaison with the cross-functional teams (product, category, revenue, and consumer experience) to drive execution. Desired Skillset: 1. 8+ years of experience with at least 4 years of experience with top management consulting firm 2. Experience with driving new business innovations end to end 3. Strong appreciation and capability for data-backed decision making 4. Strong creative bent of mind with an ability to develop innovative solutions 5. Experience with marketing function and consumer tech sector is desirable but not mandatory
