Roles and Responsibilities : - Envision the strategy for design and creatives both short & long term that Myntra should work towards - Be able to build a single voice & tone of design for Myntra and align all stakeholders towards the same - People Leadership - manage self & team, guide the team towards excellence & inspire them to be motivated - Concept, develop and manage a "best in class" Creative product - Manage creative teams and tracks of work - Lead and direct the creative team from concept to completion - Plan and estimate for highly complex projects - Apply brand identity systems, typography, photography, color and other ingredients appropriately to create innovative visual solutions that meet business and user needs - Visualize, design and conceptualize a user experience - Create visual prototypes or screens - Extend existing visual systems/brand guidelines across all mediums with moderate design changes or interpretation - Provide quality assurance of all creative deliverables - Contribute to the development of the creative team's culture and quality standards - Delegate of day-to-day responsibility to other Designers, Managers, Writers and Interactive developers - Elevate the creative level of the work coming out of the creative team - Educate other team members, not exclusive to the creative team, through project development and performance management - Collaborate with Tech, marketing, category teams to create and develop new business opportunities Qualifications & Experience : - 12+ years of industry/agency experience and strong design portfolio from key ecommerce organizations or Fashion Print Media. - Ability to lead a team of designers, production specialists and writers to creative excellence and a multitasked. - Ability to work in collaboration with different stakeholders and business. - Understanding of online and offline production. - Effective analytics skills. - Prior experience/ Knowledge in latest versions of applicable programs: Mac OS, Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.
