Position : Senior Manager/AVP

Experience Required : 8-13 years

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in statistics, applied mathematics, or related discipline.

- Master's degree in statistics, applied mathematics, or related discipline

Professional certifications :

- Advanced pattern recognition and predictive modeling experience.

Position Specifications :

- Work closely with Global business teams for requirement gathering, understanding, identify opportunities and use data to propose solutions for effective decision making.

- Lead and/or participate in Business requirements analysis, functional and technical design, development, and system testing.

- Take responsibility for the organization's data science strategy.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Essential Skills :

- The candidate must have strong working knowledge of SQL, Python and R querying languages.

- Demonstrate strong skill in statistical analysis, data visualization, and data cleansing tools and techniques.

- Strong hands on experience of BI platforms and analytical tools - Power BI and SpotFire to analyze business data and share insights.

- Excellent knowledge required with ETL tools - Microsoft SQL Server integration services.

- Thorough Knowledge of Sales Force Service Cloud, MicroStrategy, Denodo, OneStream, MicroStrategy would be a plus.

- Knowledge in Technology such as C#, SharePoint

- Good knowledge of Quality tools - Lean/Six Sigma and Agile methodologies

- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of MS Office/Software tools e.g. MS Excel, PowerPoint etc. for creation of reports and presentations to Global stakeholders.

- Exposure to any popular predictive analytics tool is preferred.

- Exposure to Big data tools and technologies to handle large data sets is preferred.

- Exposure to machine learning and deep learning packages available for Python and R
