Job description:-
Payroll Outsourcing & Compliance Services
Managing the team for end-to-end client relationships including pitching, product demonstration, negotiation, contract signing and troubleshooting. for payroll and compliance outsourcing
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Recruiting, building and leading a sales team - driving recruitment, training and mentoring of team members to ensure individual growth in addition to growth of the business vertical.
Sustaining and growing revenue by new client acquisitions, renewing existing clients, and identifying new business development opportunities.
Accountable for overseeing Sales & account management for large enterprise businesses in the Southern region of India
Would be Responsible for maintaining the profitability of the accounts managed across the duration of transitions
Service current and develop new accounts to meet sales targets through effective customized solution presentations
Overseeing solution implementation efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all client's and broker's personnel
Handling a wide array of HR products & services to include HR shared services, HR technology etc.
To optimize retention of existing business and up sell existing clients by maintaining at least 95% retention ratio.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
