We are looking for AGM- Payroll for our own organization "Mynd Solutions Pvt Ltd" for Gurgaon location.

Tentative Job description :

Handling Team :

- The responsibility includes end to end payroll activities like new joined employees in payroll records for processing salary, salary revision, Leave without pay working, salary advances, recovery of Loan and advances, Misc payouts like VIC/Awards/bonus etc Adjustment of company leased car, Adjustment of house lease (RFA), updating investments declared by employees & their proofs and tax computation, TDS return, form 16.

- Handling employee's queries related to payroll, Full and Final settlement of resigned employees also organize Payroll clinic call on monthly basis

- Remittances of salary through various medium like Direct Bank transfer or cheque.

- TDS / PF/ P TAX / ESI / HLWF/Donation payments with in time lines to ensure compliance

- Finance clearances for of 32 accounts for Genpact India & other entities in termination process.

- Payroll Accounting of salary & cash reimbursement transaction,

- Monthly Salary Reconciliations to verify the accuracy of Salary advice.

- Review of all payroll accounts Reconciliations to ensure no Data Gaps to ensure GL Balance are correctly tallying with Payroll balances

- Review of Payroll Reconciliations / Bank Reconciliation

- Ensure SOX Audits / US GAAP audits with 0% defects

- Provide details for monthly dashboard data which includes achievements, issues & improvement area

- Indian payroll experience is necessary.
