Key Deliverables:
- Handling end-to-end Ecom strategy of the e-com platforms/channels
- Managing P&L of the channel(s) and tracking growth & profitability
- Closing yearly Joint Business plans & quarterly target setting at category and channel level
- Account Management & negotiations with the e-com channels, ensuring seamless execution & activation
- Managing promotional plans for existing portfolio & new launches - pricing & discounts, bundling, sampling, strategic pushes etc.
- Improving online availability, growing topline, increasing & holding market shares, rationalizing assortments
- Liasioning with digital marketing team for better outputs
- Improving listing quality & other critical metrics
- Establishing comprehensive dashboards
- In-depth market trend analysis & executions from learnings
Skills & Experience:
- 3 years+ of successful track record of developing and managing e-com channels
- Exceptional communicator (verbal and written) & negotiation skills
- Analytical experience
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's/PG degree in business, communications, or a related field
