Job Title: Brand Owner

Location: Mylo office, Sector-44, Gurgaon

Key Deliverables

- Build the category/brand from scratch: Personal care category-private label for Mylo

- Own the product portfolio P&L and identify and drive levers to improve P&L

- Prepare strategic need gap analysis, brand plan, new product development opportunities, positioning, promotional plan, henceforth category/brand growth & profitability

- Deliver & analyze optimal selection/inventory/pricing/packaging along with portfolio expansion through increased listing density & SKU count

- Category reviews and development of assortment & executions

- Work directly with the supply team. Identify & plug key portfolio gaps

- Undertake brand building initiatives and ensure AOPs & budgets are met through marketing interventions

- Develop short, mid and long-term strategies for the existing product category with special focus on deeper participation across the value chain

- Work cross-functionally (R&D, Supply, Operations, Product, Tech, Sales & Marketing) to solve various needs of the business and improve the revenue

- Reporting metrics, deep-dive into it & suggesting operational improvements

- Monitoring and analyzing key market dynamics as the source of new insights, suggesting competitive strategies and effective brand management

Skills & Experience

- 3+ years' work experience in managing similar category

- An ecommerce enthusiast and deeply relates with the ability of e-commerce to disrupt specific category's industry at large

- A sales/ relationship champion and understands behavioral levers to get best out of partnerships

- Preferable to have experience across channels: online & offline

- Has grown through his /her career working at various levels in category or account management / business development / supply profiles

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (or higher) (MBA from Tier-1 preferred)
