Executive Assistant to Global Franchise Head (based out of Bangalore)

Job Description:

- Support decision making of Global Franchise Head by detailed analysis on key strategic issues.

- Follow up of key projects with vertical heads to ensure zero overruns.

- Research and provide background material from a variety of sources to the Global Franchise Head as part of advance planning for key meetings.

- Constant interaction with Direct Reports of Franchise Head and other department heads to receive and relay information to cater to the targets of the Manager.

- Tracking pending items and working towards the completion of the same with the various functional heads

- Identify and prioritize different tasks related to the Manager’s office and delegate it to various team members

- Compile, assimilate and organize MIS Reports for financial & strategic analysis

- Assist to prepare financial / strategic reports for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual review.
