1. Responsible for designing Marketing Strategy - ATL & BTL
2. Owns the overall revenue of the online channels and Manage P&L, Discounts & Marketing budgets efficiently.
3. To own the brief and outputs from Media agencies and manage internal stakeholders for different growth projects.
4. Drive Digital & Offline marketing strategy, completely own the performance marketing and assist in brand building.
5. Lead corporate partnerships and programs to build brand awareness and cost-effective user acquisition
6. Continuously work with category, product & engineering teams to identify non-linear growth opportunities.
7. Drive new campaigns / products / processes to build retail store awareness.
8. Drive the Planning of Annual, Quarterly and Monthly revenue bottom-up against the top-down targets provided by senior management.
