MYK Laticrete - Assistant Manager - Purchase (6-9 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for procurement of all Capex/Projects, Modifications, Improvement items, Services, Job Works, Handling of New Plants Procurement, IT Projects, and Special projects as per budget, Vendor development & vendor negotiations.
2. Monitor, Execute & Review all above categories of items from time to time & to ensure all
items are received as per plants/projects requirements & to avoid shutdowns/delays in
projects.
3. Local development of OEM items as per drawings and samples/ trials.
4. To Maintain the documentation as per ISO/IMS standards.
5. To ensure vendors' payments are made within the agreed payment timelines.
5. Price approvals to be processed as per the present system.
6. Weekly reviews of projects, Capex, modifications, etc with the team
7. Preparation of project reports with the timeline.
8. Visiting factories and project sites. Visit reports to submit.
9. Any other specific Tasks as assigned by the management team as & when required.
Education Qualifications & Skills Required:
1. B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
2. Relevant experience in Capital equipment Procurement and handling CAPEX projects like civil works, MEP.
3. Creating purchase orders in SAP.
4. Good Communication skills and Excel Skills.
