About the role :

- As an associate, you'll be working closely with the marketing and founding team. A growth associate is someone who is deeply interested in building long-term partnerships and uncovering new avenues to fuel business growth across various marketing verticals.

- Successful candidates will bring a dynamic combination of IQ and EQ, an ability to think strategically and execute tactically and possess strong interpersonal skills.

What you'll do :

1) Strategise and implement new ideas to build and grow a specific niche community. This will include collaboration strategy and engagement activities ultimately leading to lead generation

2) Identify ways to strengthen the product offering to incorporate the interests of the new community that you- ll be building

3) Lead and support end-to-end deal and strategic partnership process. This includes developing the partner strategy, engaging external partners, developing a mutually beneficial commercial construct.

4) Lead the event planning team to plan and organise high-quality events with industry veterans, marquee investors and successful entrepreneurs. The aim of these events will be to build a brand and generate high-quality leads.

Qualification & Skills Required :

1) MBA/Engineering from IIM/ISB/IIT/BITS

2) 2+ years of work experience in consulting, strategy, growth, strategic partnerships or similar profile.

3) Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

4) Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and an ability to successfully manage priorities in a highly matrixed, fast-paced organization

5) Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skill

6) Excellent judgment, positive attitude & willingness to hustle

7) Excellent leadership, organisation and time-management skills
