Our company is building a network of primary healthcare clinics that provide high quality medical services to patients - both curative and preventive, through its flagship product, myhealthmate. You will be part of a hardworking , high profile angel funded, start-up team with diverse experience of start-ups and professional work environments.
Who are we looking for: We are selling health and wellness plans in the B2C and B2B space. We are looking for an area Sales manager based in Sohna Road Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identifying target customers for wellness from users of our services and developing the potential customers
2. Managing of customer development initiatives such as awareness events
3. Direct selling of chronic care and wellness programmes to individuals and companies
4. Co-ordinating delivery of MyHealthMate products to consumers and owning consumer experience
5. Identifying potential corporate clients interested for employee health and wellness
6. Developing and pitching customised offers to companies; closing contracts
7. Delivering of services, i.e., health events, screenings, time-bound wellness solutions to companies
8. Owning and tracking customer engagement with the MyHealthMate product
9. Delivering on short-term targets while keeping a view of Company’s long term goals and impact on consumers’ health/lifestyle
Eligibility
- Graduate with min 3 years’ experience in sales or marketing
- Passionate for changing behaviours relating to health and wellness
- Motivated to sell and be a trusted advisor to clients
Own conveyance is a must
