MyHealthMate - Regional Business Manager

We are searching for a person with strong entrepreneurial potential, with a background and passion for family medicine. The position is based in Kukatpally, Hyderabad and will require travel within Hyderabad.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage Regional P&L and operations

- Oversee and manage regional team of doctors, nurses and support staff

- Grow business in B2C and B2B verticals

- Ensure ethical and quality delivery of healthcare services

Desired Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will:

- Have a first-class academic background, MBBS preferred, MD Community Medicine an advantage. MBBS+MBA are encouraged to apply.

- Have at least four years working experience

- Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to embrace rapid and disruptive change

- Have a practical, hands-on, can-do attitude

- Have relevant project management skills and administration experience

- Be meticulous and unfazed by high standards

- Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills

- Speak fluent English. Telegu proficiency an advantage
