Myhealthmate - Manager - Marketing

We are searching for a person with strong entrepreneurial potential, with a background and passion for family medicine. The position is based in Sohna Road, Gurgaon, NCR and may require travel within Gurgaon.

Key responsibilities:

- Create health plans for chronic disease management and activities like camps and other outreach activities

- Manage community health initiatives like group walking, newsletter, videos etc

- Maintain health records for empanelled members and ensure continuity of care

- Advise patients and members concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention

- Coordinated Care - Co-manage patient to medical specialists or other practitioners when necessary/ Bridge the information and healthcare needs for a patient in the healthcare ecosystem by connecting with different healthcare providers.

- Direct and coordinate activities of nurses, assistants and other medical staff

- Participate in wellness programs and home visits

- Ensure ethical and quality delivery of healthcare services

Desired Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will:

- Have a first-class academic background, MBBS preferred, MD Community Medicine an advantage. MBBS+MBA are encouraged to apply.

- Have at least two years working experience

- Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to embrace rapid and disruptive change

- Have a practical, hands-on, can-do attitude

- Have relevant project management skills and administration experience

- Be meticulous and unfazed by high standards

- Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills

- Speak fluent English. Hindi proficiency a must
