Your Role: - Collaborating with HODs and understand different job functions and role requirements - Working on multiple open roles across teams and ensure that every hire is a culture fit 'A' player - Managing the recruitment process end-to-end from requirement gathering to day 1 on-boarding - Recommending new ideas and help create new strategies for hiring that contribute to our long term growth Must Have: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting for mid to senior-level positions using different organic & inorganic channels - Deep understanding of the start-up ecosystem - Experience working on niche IT / Non IT positions - Strong interpersonal & stake-holder management skills - Prior experience in content startup will be preferred
