MyGlamm - Product Manager

Responsibilities : 

Build Product Features, Execution & Support:

- Independently manage requirements- and design-related activities for complex projects that focus on a single system and have multiple stake-holder types.

- Ability to Deliver PRDs through wireframes and mockups with prioritized features

- Ability to act as a product owner to plan and execute daily engineering activities as part of Sprint execution

- Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications

- Manage technical appropriateness and/or feasibility of requirements and designs

- Ownership of product features from concept till delivery with strong technical and testing understanding

- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute multiple cross-functional projects

- Should be able to perform app testing and validation against requirements

- Scoping out third-party programs/integrations with other ecosystems & applications

- Maintaining the sprint and backlog on JIRA

Analytics : 

- Knowledge and understanding of current analytics tools including Google Analytics, WebEngage, Firebase, Wireframing tool such as Balsamiq etc.

- Analyzing product metrics regularly and use the learning for product innovations and improvements.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up recommendations and drive actions. The project, Stakeholder management

- Ability to wear project management hat to deliver projects on time within the stipulated timeframe

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors to execute projects

- Maintain a strong understanding of business processes, strategies, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

- Ability to interact and present information to multiple stakeholders in a weekly/monthly discussion

Must-Haves : 

- Experience to work on both web and mobile products (iOS and Android)

- Work towards product roadmap in a tight schedule, in order to achieve business goals

- A deep understanding of technical product management which will support product delivery from concept to implementation.

- An inclination for numbers and a keen eye for business metrics

- Ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to a wide range of audiences

- Experience eliciting and elaborating requirements

- Experience owning, developing, grooming and prioritizing product backlogs.

- Experience partnering with engineering, user experience, sales, operations, and marketing organizations

- Experience building internal and external (third-party) partnerships

- Experience with Web Services and Service Oriented Architectures

- You will align with business partners to balance business and technical objectives and manifest these as clear, stable priorities for the team
