1. To build a robust , viable GTM (Go-to-Market) system by leveraging the emerging trends in the FMCG Ecosystem .
2. To build a best-in-class Urban Distribution Network with respect to both quality & quantity of coverage
3. To build a best-in-class Rural & Small Town Distribution Network with respect to both quality & quantity of coverage
4. To drive best -in-class Distribution Processes to leverage the true potential of the S&D Infrastructure
5. To enhance our Distribution Outlet reach in both Urban & Rural
6. Lead the deployment of specific GTM interventions with respect to specific Channels - Cosmetics, Self-service, Chemist, Kirana, Moms n baby etc.. .
7. Drive greater productivity in the GTM system through Route Re-engineering, Route capacity Enhancement, Differential Service Frequency Models, etc.. leading to improved execution
8. Evaluate & build new foot-print opportunities / avenues for driving both the width & depth agenda
9. To help leverage output from DMS (Distribution Management System) & SFA (Sales Force Automation) to drive better distribution of each of the core categories
10. To own the entire Sales Manpower Planning & Deployment
11. To Design & Manage the Salesforce Incentive Program for the entire Sales team.
12. To Design & Manage the Distributor Channel Partner Engagement Program
13. Design & Implement specific Activation strategies & Trade promotions , partnering with the various SBUs & Regions.
14. Build execution templates for all targeted Routes across select channels.
