MyGlamm - Finance Manager - Supply Chain Vertical

- Manage procurement including co-pack operations & Logistics for all group companies

- Work on driving productivity through vendor Negotiation and NWC management

- Lead supply AOP formulation and monthly variance analysis

- Lead ongoing SAP implementation for Supply vertical

- Manage the processes of product costing, transfer price calculation, governance and control of capital investments. Provide reliable and timely financial data to key stakeholders to support the decision-making process.

- Improve, and ensure compliance with internal processes and implement necessary control procedures to ensure achievement of factory business and company objectives. Instill strong cost control and planning discipline to assist senior plant management in controlling manufacturing costs.

- Effectively lead, support and develop the Supply Finance team. Select, engage and develop Associates to achieve their maximum potential and contribution to the company objectives.

- Manage the processes of the Supply financial shaping and financial forecasting (including Capex), analysis, management accounting and reporting. Including identifying business issues and opportunities and making recommendations for future actions.

- Work on business process integration across functions and drive increased usage of SAP for manufacturing/logistics
