Roles & Responsibilities: - Execute closed campaigns end to end (Starting from execution to billing and collections) - Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of campaigns - Coordinate with internal and external stake holders and determine the best utilization of resources to increase campaign success and client retention - Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client - Manage a team of associates and be responsible for quality work and growth. - Daily updates to reporting Manager Preferred Candidate Background: - Proactive and a Self-Starter. - Knowledge about digital marketing and trends - Understanding of online content and social media - Works well under pressure has the ability to work within stringent timelines and to collaborate across departments to achieve results. - Self-motivated, be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment. - Must be a true problem solver - A strong focus on detail, and thorough and totally reliable. - Must be a strong and enthusiastic team player with excellent verbal and written communications skills. - Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization. - Candidates from media agencies or content start-ups will be preferred
