MyGlamm - Associate Director - Finance Controller

- Oversee the day to day accounting operations and month-end close per the finance calendar of multiple legal entities, in compliance with the applicable GAAP and other regulations.

- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.

- Ensure complete control over business operations activity, tax, accounting, regulatory guidelines, regulatory audit.

- Accounting guidance and oversight for all accounting activities and ensure timely, complete and accurate reporting of Actual revenues and Direct and Indirect costs on a periodic basis.

- Responsible for closing monthly/quarterly/yearly financials, preparation of financial statements, and managing the audit with a Big 4 auditor.

- Responsible for Tax compliances and management including tax, audit, etc.

- Responsible for all Direct and Indirect Tax assessments, timely responses to the government authority.

- Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing Audit as well filing returns

- Internal audit and corrective actions based on findings

- Oversee and ensure all the company and tax compliances are adhered to

- Internal control for all accounting processes -Revenue, Expenses, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Cash/Bank, Year-end reports

- Responsible for providing and maintaining data to meet the requirements of due diligence, reconciliations etc.

- Prepare Annual Budgets, Projections etc. and compare with Actuals

- Financial MIS for Investors with financial metrics

- Handle Investor queries and correspondences

- Department wise Cashflow budget and Capex planning

- Ensure proper Cashflow/Fund flow management

- Drive key finance initiatives to improve performance and facilitate business growth

- Ensure team motivation

- Guide and mentor team to help enhance their skills and work efficiency

- Effectively manage a team to multi-task accounting functions
