- End to end customer management to put robust controls & SOPs around partnering, accurate claims verification, processing and payments, margin negotiations, pricing & credit framework
- P&L formulation & monthly review of actual sales & marketing spends vs AOP, primary & secondary target achievements & identification of outliers, analysis of channel wise spends to drive savings, collection planning & analysis through various scorecards
- Partnering with channel heads to drive profitability through various initiatives viz. SKU portfolio optimization, ROI analysis etc.
- Timely and accurate processing of customer claims post diligent verification, obtaining quarterly/half-yearly NMCs
