Our flagship product, launched in 2016, currently facilitates over 2 million visits every day at thousands of gated premises across the 100+ cities in which we operate, and continues to grow rapidly.
Our products also engage and simplify life for the residents, administration and other stakeholders of the gated premises we work with, through the apps and community management products residents use and a system for eCommerce partners to seamlessly manage deliveries.

Talent Acquisition Manager
1. Acquire: Proven ability to acquire talent and build Tech, Product and Non Tech Teams for New Age Internet Companies.
2. Partner: Ability to partner with Hiring Managers, HRBPs and other Stakeholders to build understanding on roles and consensus on candidates.
3. Analyse: Good to excellent ability to capture data at each stages of talent acquisition process and analyse to identify what's working and what's not.
4. Improve: Lead and execute recruiting related projects through completion. Motivate & provide guidance to the team and drive accountability with results.
