Work closely with the leadership and sales teams to develop strategies and tactics to clearly communicate the benefits of MyGate across channels. 2. Generate content marketing ideas and back them with regular market research and competitive landscape analysis. 3. Own the content calendar and lead a team of writers and designers to write insightful content, which will include blogs, marketing collaterals, social media, app communication and landing pages. 4. Assist performance marketing team in deploying successful, metric-driven marketing campaigns, and own the creative and communication aspects of the effort. 5. Liaise with Business, Tech, Product and other teams to align on goals and create content to serve our business objectives and targets. Key Accountability: - Improvement in web traffic stats (traffic/time on page/SEO position, etc). - Social media follower growth (with assistance from paid) - Standardisation of communication across channels Requirements: - Graduate/PG with minimum 5 years relevant working experience - Experience in B2C content marketing - Content/Editorial mindset that seeks to understand the audiences create content according to audience - Proven track record in creating and implementing successful content strategies, project and people management.
