Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handle myGate clients across the city and be the single Point of Contact (POC) for them
- Ensure high app download percentage in the societies (Apartments/Villa communities) handled by you
- Troubleshoot all issues and solve all queries raised by the residents/committee members of your societies
- Plan and execute various marketing campaigns inside your societies to create awareness about the brand to increase app penetration
- Share updates regularly with clients to keep them informed about all activities or alterations initiated by us
- Ensure timely payments from your clients
- Conduct regular meetings with the clients to ensure high touch point

- Someone who is willing to work on weekends as and when required
- Someone with strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Someone who is willing to travel locally to have client meetings as and when necessary
