As an HR Business Partner, you'll be expected to:
- Partner with managers and colleagues as an internal consultant to resolve daily issues
- Participate in setting up various levels of connects - skip, leadership, townhalls etc.
- Contribute to admin tasks once a month - e.g. getting ID cards and business cards printed for colleagues, getting welcome kits printed etc.
- Work in conjunction with other stakeholders to develop high performing teams
- Strategize and execute timely employee engagement activities
- Support managers through the employee life cycle (post onboarding, talent management, PMS, employee development planning, exit management etc.)
- Work on building and revamping policies in conjunction with the HR Shared Services team
- Come up with new initiatives to create a great and beneficial employee experience
Skills Needed:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Knowledge of Excel (basic to advanced), PPT making, Canva, etc.
- Knowledge of GSuite
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical ability
- Ability to foster interpersonal relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Great team player
