- Manage a team of talented individuals.

- Establish clear sales objectives for each team member.

- Create a distinct sales process and marketing strategies for sales managers to follow.

- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.

- Educate sales team on new or upcoming products and services.

- Monitor and track sales performance.

- Analyze monthly sales outcomes and create reports.

- Put right training, induction and people development program for the team.

- Drive a customer centric culture in the organization.
