MyFitFuel - Manager - Digital Marketing

Location: Delhi/NCR

Digital Marketer for eCommerce Startup Brand.

Your Responsibilities :

- The person would be responsible for developing & executing online marketing campaigns / initiatives with the goal of increasing brand awareness, engagement and revenue.

- Strategizing, Planning & Executing activities for all SEO / SEM / SMO / SMM.

- Analyze conversion funnel and identify areas where new strategies can be implemented to increase user acquisition.

- Responsible for Optimizing web traffic and performance metrics like CTR, engagement, lead generation, conversion, site ranking and open rates / opt-outs.

- Creating, managing and experimenting with new user acquisition campaigns.

- Create and discover new channels and strategies to grow the user base.

- Email marketing strategies to drive higher returns.

- Developing highly effective & creative demand generation initiatives.

- Constantly innovate on channels and advertising to build a competitive differentiation around MyFitFuel.

- Ability to form their own Star Marketing team when required in future.

Who you are :

- At least 2 years experience with proven SEO, SEM, SMO, Strategies.

- You should have knowledge on how great brands should speak and need to behave like a brand custodian so as to communicate better about the brand Value Proposition.

- You are a proactive and talented person who has a passion for working hard and working in a startup.

- You understand that your success is tied to the success of MyFitFuel and are dedicated to doing what it takes to win.

- Self-starter and ability to work with minimum supervision

- Team Player, flexible and open to changing priorities

- You are analytical with problem solving mind set, passionate about what you do and bring best out of it.

- Able to derive actionable insights from data.
