MyFitFuel - Digital Marketer

Salary offered: 7 - 8 LPA

As a digital marketing executive you will be needed to bring proven knowledge of digital marketing techniques such as Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, and Google Analytics. You will be a proven on-line marketing executive with a strong motivation to succeed.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

- Create & manage engaging, insightful, comprehensive, interactive & innovative content & imagery, updates & campaigns, on Company's E-Commerce Site.

- Building and Executing complete SEO Strategy. Should have strong experience on off page and on Page SEO. Use meta tags for SEO, and link all to Google Analytics. Should have strong understanding of Google Algorithm.

- Responsible for creating email marketing campaigns. Determines target audience, devises campaign, and launches email campaign to create buzz or generate leads for the business.

- Building and Executing complete Social media Strategy. Should Past experience on social media marketing and optimizations. Developing Innovative content & posts and co-ordinating with designer to bring related designs.

- Bring data to decisions. Data analysis- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website. Also analyse & report on ROI and other KPI of campaign effectiveness. Should have strong knowledge of advance google analytics

- Optimizing the company's BLOG.

- Ecommerce Marketing Growth. - Will be working to bring month on month ecommerce growth through innovative strategies.

- SMS Marketing- Building and executing the SMS marketing strategy to increase repeat and new buying.

- Create different reports showing key metrics and ROI.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN PERSON

- Past experience working in a startup environment is preferable.

- Atleast 1-3 years of experience in Online/Digital marketing

- Vision to become a star in digital marketing by bringing attitude to learn, implement & test continuously.

- Always willing to take new challenges.

- Ability to define value propositions.

- Experience with Web Analytics.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Over the period of time understanding the target market behavior conversion data, customer journeys & funnel analysis.

- Strong creative skills.

- A strong eye for detail.

- Over a period of time, you are expected to build and manage a team under you - to shoulder these tasks and ensure team productivity.

- Self starter and should be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus
