About MYeKIGAI:

MYeKIGAI is a multi-format vehicle and Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform providing electric two, three and four wheeler vehicles for first and last mile connectivity with precise real-time information on battery backup and availability of the vehicle with effortless booking and tracking solution.

Our aim is to ameliorate connectivity across all modes of transport of both rural and urban areas with the freedom to choose electric vehicles among various segments for diversified communities like working, non-working, etc. with access to pivotal real-time information such as Electric Vehicle Zones with number of vehicles and their availability in vicinity and fare of commute.

Note: This is Equity based role.

EV sector experience is mandatory.

We are looking for Someone:

- With 5+ years of experience of EV industry (Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronics)

- Operations (Logistics and Supply Chain)

- Knowledge of technological trends (AI, ML and Data Analytics)

- Understanding of budgets and business-planning

- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.

- Excellent communication skills

- Leadership and organizational abilities

- Strategic thinking

- Problem-solving aptitude

- B.E./B.Tech/M. Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic or Computer Science Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.

Role Purpose:

- Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.

- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.

- Help departments use technology profitably.

- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.

- Manage the team to produce high quality solutions for projects and be able to apply engineering knowledge and principles to devise innovative solutions to unique design problems.

- Provide leadership to the team, coordinating and overseeing their workloads, providing support to ensure that the team delivers, monitoring any issues, and ensuring timescales, KPIs and deadlines are met.

- Develop the team by focusing on individual performance and support requirements to achieve high standards.

- Work on multiple projects of complexity requiring forefront-of-field, innovative solutions.

- Act independently at the organisational level, being self-supervising, within guidance and expectations of divisional management.

- Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.
