Company : MyCFO Website : www.mycfo.in This is the link to our 3-minute video introduction and will help you to understand the business better.&nbsp; Location : Bangalore Key Responsibilities : - Take overall ownership for Accounts &amp; Finance function in the client company acting as De-facto Finance Controller - Lead a team of accounting/ finance professionals in a client company - Identifying gaps in current accounting &amp; financial processes and building robust SOPs - Constant interaction with Promoters / Business heads and addressing important areas - Provide analysis and commentary for Financial and Operating MIS - Support in the creation of long-term &amp; short-term business forecasts - Ensure creation &amp; adherence to budgets across organization - Ensure creation &amp; adherence to Monthly Cash Flow Plans - Finalize Financial MIS - P&amp;L, CF, BS preparation and Operating MIS - Ensure all Statutory Compliances (GST, TDS, VAT, Transfer pricing, Income Tax etc.) - Review of Financial Statements, leading the audit process with a large CA firm - Ensure implementation of internal audit findings - Managing relationships with Banks (negotiating credit limits, rate of interest, transaction costs etc) - Work with other department heads to help improve business efficiency and help measure business performance - Ensure a reduction in working capital requirements - Initiate &amp; follow up on Cost savings initiatives - Initiate &amp; follow up on IT initiatives including ERP implementations - Co-ordinate with CS for company secretarial activities and board meetings Skill Requirements : - Experience in Handling/ improving End-to-End Accounts &amp; Finance Process - Experience in the Leading team of Accounts &amp; Finance professionals - Experience in dealing with Top Management of company - Ability to understand the Financial Services Industry - Statutory Accounting &amp; Audits Skills (Book-keeping to closures) - Ability to handle Taxation &amp; Compliance - Cashflow Management Skills - Strong Excel skills - Strong PPT Skills - Strong Written English Communication skills - Strong Verbal English Communication skills - Ability to work unsupervised
