Senior Manager - Program Management

We are looking for you if you are an individual who is passionate about redefining the way education is delivered to join our team as Senior Program Manager

You will be directly responsible for managing the course experience of our students and Mentors. You will ensure that our courses deliver the right outcomes by taking strategic initiatives to drive learning and engagement in the courses and managing all the stakeholders involved in it.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Course Operations - You, along with your team will be responsible for the learning experience and the completion rate of all our students going through the various courses assigned to you and your team. With your team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of live classes and feedback from the mentors to the students and strong participation from the students to ensure a great learning experience.

2. Learner Engagement Analysis - Your focus will be analyzing data about activity across all courses to ensure that we see maximum engagement, rating and completion. You will be responsible for the following:

- Engagement and Completion rate: Strategising to improve the engagement and completion of the Courses

- Feedback analysis - Review and Analyze learner feedback to understand where the Courses can be improved

- Live Session Analysis - Review each live session conducted by your mentors and provide feedback on how they can improve for the learners

3. Captain Recruitment and Relations - You will work in synergy with the team that will be responsible for finding, interviewing and onboarding the Mentors (Captains) for the Courses under your purview. You will need to ensure there are enough Captains for each month the course runs. Inducting and training Captains is also a very important role you will be carrying out. Maintaining a good relation with the captains as well as building a strong culture among the Captains will be seen as a necessity towards achieving the goals.

4. Career Preparation : You will be playing a role with the Student Success team to ensure all learners in your course have a great resume, strong portfolio and are ready to crack interviews for the various roles in which they apply. You will also have to help match the learners to the right JDs and ensure they have the right support through the interview process.

Mandatory Skills required :

1. Excellent communication and people skills.

2. Time Management and Problem Solving skills

3. Ability to design activities to enable better learning.

4. Proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to work

5. Ability to perform in a fast paced environment and under pressure.

6. Excellent project management skills and attention to detail

7. Managing program delivery and engagement in an Ed-tech company is a plus

Candidates enrolled in Fellowship programs like Teach for India, Young India Fellowship, LAMP Fellowship and similar programs or Experience in Facilitation/Curriculum Designing in Experiential learning domain will be preferred.
