My Lil' Berry - Online Business Manager - Kids Wear

One of the biggest Online Kids wear brand My Lil' Berry is hiring a B2B marketplaces manager. The profile is a combination of Business Development, operations and merchandising profile. Only candidates with experience in a fashion brand may apply.

Job Responsibilities :

- Monitor product cataloguing, product descriptions, product shoots, inventory positions and ensure frequent product uploads

- Reconciling payments and financial statements across channels

- Manage discounting/ tagging to relevant banners and visibility across channels

- Develop relationships with existing channels and open new relevant channels

- Plan, execute and monitor operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth

- Set processes to streamline back-end operations

- Analyse current sales trends and develop merchandise and inventory plans accordingly

Desired profile :

- 2-3 years of work experience with a fashion brand in managing B2B / eCommerce marketplaces like Amazon, Jabong, Myntra, Flipkart etc

- Should be strong with excel, numbers, written and verbal communication skills. Should be able to lead and manage online team to enhance revenue and set processes.

Salary Range: 7-8 LPA
