- Responsible for P&L of the business in the assigned territory. Planning and implementation of sales forecasts and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage the existing distributor network, identify and add new distributors to increase market reach and market share.
- Identify new customers and manage relationships with exiting bulk customers. Achieve budgeted sales and distribution targets set for primary and secondary sales on the monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- Manage inventory levels in the supply chain along-with logistics of supplies from source till distributor end in co-ordination with the logistics team.
- Map competition activities, competitor strategies in the market; monitor and report competitive advantages, and action plans.
- Provide support in various marketing efforts including a recommendation on media/promotions / schemes and partner with marketing team to develop and execute area specific plans
- Manage & maintain customer and distributor relationships. Set right processes and escalation matrix for complaints & resolutions.
- Set, monitor and measure performance of sales representatives. Set evaluation parameters, motivate, train and evaluate sales force.
